Capps Crawlspace Company installed a vapor barrier in our crawlspace recently. We worked directly with the owner on our project. He was very knowledgeable and made us feel very comfortable about our decision to install a vapor barrier. We are thinking of upgrading in the near future and fully encapsulating our crawlspace and he is who we will be calling when its time. They were very responsive and very professional. Great service!!

My first impression of Austin was that he was an honest and trustworthy man. This company went above and beyond what they were hired to do. They care about their reputation and really want the customer to be satisfied with the job. I absolutely recommend this company. I maybe could have found a better price, but could not have received a better job!! I am so glad I entrusted them with our home. Couldn't have made a better choice. Great job guys! Austin, the owner, is very knowledgeable and skilled in his field. Personal, courteous, and very responsive. We had an unavoidable hiccup along the way, and he immediately fixed it. Went above board every step of the way. Worked late until 9:30 pm on the coldest day to get it done! Patiently answered all our questions lol. Everyone on his team was also courteous and professional. We highly recommend Capps Crawlspace.

I called Austin Capps after we found out we had quite a lot of water in our crawlspace that needed immediate attention. He gave us a very reasonable estimate in comparison to another major company. He was able to do the work for us within a week by working all weekend!! He did a fantastic job - I swear you could sleep in our crawlspace now!! I give his company 5 stars and highly recommend him. He is also so personable, obliging, and conscientious.

I'd give Capps Crawlspace a 10 star review if I could. The guys are GREAT to work with. I had 2 other estimates for the work that needed to be done and the price Capps gave me was NOT EVEN A THIRD of the highest, NOT EVEN HALF of the lower one. The spacing with the time I did the work and the time I got the estimate was stretched on my end, and honestly I wasn't expecting to get the work done until much later, but Austin (the owner) had assured me that we already discussed the plans, the company DOES have another job to work on, but we will still do your house now. The entire experience was just such a relief considering I was told it was a $30,000 job and they took care of everything for much lower. I can gladly recommend Capps Crawlspace to ANYONE who wants a HONEST, RESPECTFUL, and RELIABLE job done.

Best company to do business with ever! Austin and his team get the job done and met our every need. They were on a great schedule and did all the work in a timely manner. Austin has personally been back and checked with us to make sure everything meets our expectations and went under the house to reinspect. His price is going to beat any other company I assure you. He did an encapsulation for us and installed 2 dehumidifiers due to the size of our home…we are extremely pleased with the work.

We used Capps crawl Space to have our crawl space moisture proofed and also had a french drain system put … We were very pleased with the professionalism of Austin and the company employees, they communicated well during the process arrived on time and alerted us if they were going to be late or unable to come one day . we would highly recommend Austin’s company if you need a job done it will be done promptly and professional!

A fantastic contractor and I highly recommend them! They did a wonderful job on creating a permanent foundation wrap around my home, encapsulating the crawl space that was created, cleaning out all of the old insulation and installing environmental controls to ensure that the humidity is ideal. Furthermore, they addressed other issues that were not anticipated and were able to handle those professionally and efficiently. I highly recommend them for any home needs and they are first on my list the next time I have a household project.
